24th Annual Eric Francis Pizza Pigout

For the first time ever, Pizza Pigout is heading to the Scotiabank Saddledome...during its farewell year!

Since 1996, Pizza Pigout has brought Calgary’s best pizzerias, restaurants, celebrities and pizza lovers together in support of KidSport Calgary & Area.

The event was founded by Eric Francis with a simple mission: find Calgary’s best pizza. The inaugural event at Dusty’s featured more than 140 pizzas, with local celebrities including Jeff Garcia, Bret “The Hitman” Hart, Jarome Iginla, Lanny McDonald, Kelly Hrudey and TV legend Buck Shot helping judge the competition.

Nearly 30 years later, Pizza Pigout has grown into one of Calgary’s largest gatherings of restaurants, celebrities and pizza enthusiasts.

Now, as the Saddledome prepares for its final year, Pizza Pigout is bringing the party to this iconic Calgary venue for a one-of-a-kind celebration.
